Our team love their work, and this passion is what our customers see every day!
Our businesses rely on our great staff who, themselves, live locally and are very much involved in the local communities. In order to give back, for the fantastic work our staff do, for us and in their communities, we make sure to recognise them through an annual rewards programme, where the best employees are rewarded for the work they do at a special awards presentation.
Integrating business interests with those of the local community is a long-term successful policy which has seen the Moriarty Group businesses prosper.
Founder Luke Moriarty is committed to reinvesting in local communities, both as a means to acknowledge and encourage customer support, and to facilitate a vibrant, well-resourced local community.
Sporting, social and charitable sponsorships and donations are regularly and generously funded by the company, which has strong links to the national Tidy Towns environmental competition, as well as to the Gaelic Athletic Association, and local rugby and football clubs in north and west Dublin and Kildare.
Practical community initiative is also undertaken, including major projects such as the joint-venture development of Balbriggan Town Centre with Fingal County Council, and the build and fit-out of a community centre, provided for and donated to the people of Palmerstown.
